Frameless Shower Enclosures Across a Hobe Sound Home
This North Beach Road home in Hobe Sound needed glass for every shower in the house at once: the guest suite, the guest room, the cabana and both sides of the primary bath. Each bathroom has its own tile and layout, from a striped half wall shower to a corner neo angle unit, so every enclosure was measured and built for its own opening.
ACG Glass & Metals fabricated and installed five frameless enclosures in 3/8 inch clear monolithic tempered glass. The guest suite, guest room and cabana showers use polished nickel hardware, and the two primary bath enclosures were specified in white hardware to match that room.
Panels sit on the knee walls where the layout called for them, with fixed glass returns and swing doors on hinges and pulls in the matching finish. Final measurements for the primary bath were taken on site once the tile was set, so each panel closes tight against finished walls.
