Florida law requires a contractor to publish its license number on every advertisement. Here it is, current and active, with a direct link to the state record so you can check it yourself in under a minute.

Certified, which in Florida means statewide

Florida issues contractor licenses in two tiers. A registered contractor can only work in the jurisdiction that issued its local competency card. A certified contractor can contract anywhere in the state. Ours is certified.

We concentrate on Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade because that is where our crews and our supplier relationships are, not because the license stops there.

One more thing worth knowing before your compliance team opens the link: the state lists the license under the qualifying agent, Daniela Ramos Cruz, with ACG Glass & Metals LLC as the doing business as name. That is how Florida records a qualified business, and it is the same license.

Scope of work

What the license covers, and what it does not

The qualification on the certificate is Glass and Glazing Specialty, together with Construction Business. That is exactly what we bid and sign for: glass, glazing, aluminum framing and the metal work that goes with them, residential and commercial.

Trades outside that scope, such as structural, electrical or roofing work that sometimes sits next to a glazing package, are performed by the appropriately licensed trade on your project, not by us.

We would rather tell you that up front than have it surface during permitting.
