Light in, view out. You choose what the street sees.

The whole opening lets light in, closed or open. What the driveway sees depends on the interlayer between the two lites. Pick one to see it on a real ACG door.

White or diamond white: light without the view. From the driveway the glass reads as soft grey, and the garage still gets daylight across the whole opening.

Inside the garage

A garage you actually want to spend time in

A solid door turns the garage into a box with a light bulb. A glass door fills it with daylight.

Two models

Framed or frameless. Same impact glass, two different looks.

Both are sectional overhead doors that roll up on a standard track. The difference is how much aluminum you see when the door is closed.
What you choose

Five decisions, and what each one changes

These are the real options on both models. We bring samples to the estimate.
White framed full view aluminum and glass garage door on a modern two-story home

Framed aluminum

Rails and stiles around every lite, so the door reads as a grid of glass. The classic full view look.
Two frameless glass garage doors with dark glass between stone columns

Frameless

Slim horizontal rails and no vertical stiles, so each section is one long run of glass. The most minimal door we sell.

Impact and code

A garage door is part of the building envelope

In a storm the garage door is usually the biggest opening on the house. If it fails, wind gets inside and pushes on the roof from below. That is why it is a permitted, impact rated product like any window or entry door.
