What to include
A short list beats a full set
We can start with far less than a complete permit package. If you only have two of these, send the two.
- Exterior or interior elevations
- Glazing schedule, or window and door schedule
- Spec section 08 41 13, if the job has one
- Addenda issued so far
- Finish schedule
- Your bid due date
Accepted files. PDF, images, or a ZIP of the whole set, up to 20 files. If you work in DWG or DXF, zip them and the ZIP goes through.

What happens next
No black box. This is the sequence, and you will hear from a person at each step that needs one.

We confirm receipt
You get a reply confirming the set arrived and naming the estimator assigned to it.

We read it and come back with questions
If the drawings leave something open, we ask before we price it rather than burying an assumption in the number.

The bid goes out
System, glass and labor as separate lines, with exclusions written out. Commercial bids from 48 hours once we have what we need.

If it is large, we tell you the date
For a big package we will name the day we can hit instead of letting it slip quietly.

Your drawings stay with us
We use what you send to price and draw your job. We do not pass it to anybody outside this office, and we do not publish a project or its photos without asking you first.

Need the paperwork first?
If your precon team needs the certificate of insurance, the W-9 or the license before they can add us to the bid list, that packet comes back the same day.
