Orangetheory Fitness Westlake | GC: Contierra Construction Management

For the new Orangetheory Fitness studio in Westlake, general contractor Contierra Construction Management brought in ACG Glass & Metals to glaze the interior. The glass had to separate the workout floor from the lobby and circulation areas while keeping the whole studio visible and full of light.

We fabricated and installed frameless interior glass partitions in 1/2 clear monolithic tempered glass, held in architectural top and bottom U-channels. The glass doors run on commercial hydraulic soft close hinges with a 90 degree hold open, and all hardware is satin anodized. The scope also included 1/4 clear first grade mirrors, machine polished on all sides and set on L angles at the bottom.

The result is a clean, open studio where coaches and members can see the rowing and treadmill blocks from the front, while each zone stays defined and easy to keep clean.
