0.1 Project Scope
Interior glazing for the new Chewy Vet Care clinic on South Federal Highway in Delray Beach, built out by Loberg Construction. A veterinary clinic needs staff to see into exam and treatment rooms from the corridors, so most of the interior walls carry glass doors, sidelites, transoms and vision panels.
ACG Glass & Metals supplied and installed 1/4 inch clear tempered glass into the door and frame openings furnished by others. The package covered full height 36 by 84 inch lites, 56 by 14 inch and 36 by 14 inch transoms, vision panels and a 48 by 78 inch window, plus the installation of a radiology glass panel provided by the owner.
Every opening was glazed after the frames were set, working around the general contractor schedule so each room could be closed in as the finishes moved through the clinic.
