Low Iron Glass Showers and a Water Closet Partition
This Seafarer Circle condo in Jupiter was renovated with new glass in two bathrooms, ordered as one package: a frameless shower and a water closet partition in the primary bath, and a bypass shower in the guest bath.
In the primary bath, the shower and the toilet area sit side by side behind a knee wall. The shower uses 3/8″ low iron tempered glass so the gray marble tile and the pebble floor read true, while the water closet partition uses the same low iron glass with an acid etched finish to give privacy without closing the room off. Both have a hinged door and share the same brushed nickel hardware.
The guest bath received a bypass enclosure with two sliding panels on a header track, a good fit for a narrow bath where a swinging door would hit the toilet and the vanity. All three pieces were measured on site once the tile was finished.
