Matte Black Door and Panel Shower in a Marble Guest Bath
This guest bath in a Lake Worth home is finished in dark veined marble look tile from the floor of the shower to the ceiling line, with a floating white sink and a round mirror on the opposite wall. The shower spans the full back of the room around the window, and the owners wanted that marble wall to stay visible as soon as the door opens.
ACG Glass & Metals installed a frameless door and panel enclosure in 3/8 inch clear tempered glass across an opening about 93 inches wide and 80 inches tall. Fixed panels carry most of the width and the door sits within the run, so the glass reads as one clear plane in front of the tile.
All hardware was specified in matte black to match the faucets, the towel bar and the shower trim. The clear glass lets the light from the window carry through the whole room.
