Custom LED and Frameless Mirrors for a Del Lago Drive Home
For this new residence on Del Lago Drive in Fort Lauderdale, ACG Glass & Metals fabricated and installed the complete mirror package: every bathroom, powder room and dressing area in the house, each mirror cut to its own shape and size.
The package mixes backlit LED capsule and round mirrors, large rectangular vanity mirrors with integrated lighting, full width frameless mirrors and an oval bronze mirror for one of the powder rooms. Most pieces were installed floating off the wall, and the LED mirrors were hardwired to the existing power supply for a clean finish with no visible cords.
During the project the scope was refined with the owners: all mirrors were upgraded to 1/4″ low iron mirror for a truer, less green reflection, several pieces switched from framed to frameless, and more mirrors gained integrated, dimmable LED lighting.
