A Single Glass Panel for an Open Walk-In Shower
This Grand Bay Circle residence in Juno Beach was remodeled with a long walk-in shower: marble look wall panels, a dark penny tile floor and a stone curb running the length of the bathroom. The owners wanted to keep it open, with no door to open and close.
We installed a single fixed panel in 3/8″ clear monolithic tempered glass. The panel stands on the curb and stops the spray at the shower head, while the far end stays open as the entry.
The hardware is in a brushed nickel finish to match the shower valve and the towel bars. With only one panel and a few clamps, the glass almost disappears and the tile and the floor read as one continuous space.
