0.1 Project Scope
ACG Glass & Metals installed full length mirror walls for a new dance studio on N Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach. Dancers need to see their full line from every point in the room, so the mirrors run continuously along the main walls of the studio, from near the floor to well above head height.
The mirrors were fabricated from 1/4″ clear first grade UltraMirror glass and installed with the bottom edge 6″ above the floor, resting in a satin brass bottom J frame. They were set with Mirro-Mastic adhesive, and mirror sealant was applied to protect the edges from black edge over time.
Our crew measured the room, laid out every joint and installed the mirrors while the studio build out was still under way. The result is a bright, open studio where the mirror walls double the sense of space and give instructors and students a clear view of every move.
