This project in Hallandale Beach, FL, involved the fabrication and installation of a high-performance exterior storefront and door system. The design incorporates 9/16” Clear Solarban 70XL Laminated Impact Glass, set within AAMA 2605 gray-finished ES Windows 8000 and 9000 Series storefront frames. Existing storefront glass in the spandrel area was carefully removed, and a new storefront door with transom was installed, ensuring precise alignment and a seamless finish. The result is a durable, visually striking storefront that combines safety, energy efficiency, and modern aesthetic appeal.
