The Singer Hotel | GC: NIX Unger Construction

A custom glazing package completed for The Singer Hotel in Riviera Beach. This project combined replacement window glass and a specialty countertop display system designed for a hospitality environment where appearance, durability, and precision detailing were essential.

The scope included 1/4 inch clear monolithic tempered glass installed into existing window frames, restoring clean visibility while maintaining compatibility with the current assemblies. In addition, we fabricated a custom countertop display using 3/8 inch clear monolithic tempered glass assembled with ultraviolet bonding adhesive for a seamless presentation.

The result was a polished interior upgrade that supported both functional performance and the refined aesthetic expected in a hotel setting.

This project required two separate glass applications within one property. Existing window frames needed accurately fabricated replacement panels for a clean fit and dependable performance.

The countertop display demanded precise edge alignment and transparent bonding methods to create a sleek glass showcase without visible mechanical fasteners.
