ACG Glass & Metals installed frameless glass office fronts for Related Ross at 616 Hibiscus Street in downtown West Palm Beach, working under general contractor Holt Lee Construction. Clear glass encloses the private offices and the conference room, and the suite stays bright and open.

The package combines clear monolithic tempered fixed panels in architectural U-channels with five frameless glass swing doors. Each door runs on a commercial hydraulic bottom patch fitting with a 90 degree hold open and a top patch fitting with pivot. Every door has a 24 inch ladder pull. The door hardware is brushed stainless and the channels are brushed nickel.

Our team coordinated final measurements and door adjustments with the flooring schedule, so every opening matches finished floor conditions. The GC had several projects running at the same property, and we scheduled the installation around the other trades. We completed the work at the end of July 2026.

Clear fronts carry light from each office into the corridors. The frameless doors keep sightlines clean, with no vertical framing between panels.

The doors close on their own and hold open at 90 degrees when needed. If you plan an office build-out, this layout gives each person a private room and keeps the open feel of the floor.
