Crimson Crossing is the new six story, 556 bed student housing complex on the Florida Tech campus in Melbourne, built by CBG Building Company. ACG Glass & Metals is providing the exterior storefront windows and doors on the ground floor, from the main entrance and lobby to the doors that open onto the courtyards.
The system is ES Windows 8000T storefront with 9000T doors, glazed with 1 3/16″ clear Solarban 70XL insulated laminated impact glass in an AAMA 2605 bronze finish that sits well against the red brick and white stucco of the building. The scope includes shop drawings and engineering, break metal, Blue Max on the exterior side, perimeter caulking before stucco and standard electric panic hardware.
The building is already open to students. Our crew is completing the final door hardware adjustments, and we will update this project as each phase is finished.

Storefront Entrances
ES Windows 9000T doors at the main entrance and the courtyards, with standard electric panic hardware for daily student traffic.

Final Adjustments
Our crew is fine tuning closers and door hardware across every entry so each door is ready for move in.
