Supply
The systems we
buy direct
Six aluminum systems and two hardware houses, one point of contact. The system named on the drawing is the system that arrives, and a warranty question does not bounce between suppliers.
Why it matters
No middleman between the spec and the job
We buy framing direct from the manufacturer rather than through a distributor. That is not a slogan, it changes three things you care about: the lead time we quote is the one the plant gives us, a substitution has to come through us instead of appearing on the truck, and a warranty claim has one owner.
If your specification names a manufacturer that is not on this page, say so in the bid request. We will price it as specified and tell you honestly what it does to the schedule.

Systems and hardware
Eight manufacturers we install
What we buy from each one, and a job where it went in.
Storefront and entrance framing
The 3100 series is our workhorse. Bronze at Plum Market in Palm Beach Gardens, Bone White at both Mint Eco Car Wash locations, with medium stile doors and a 10 inch bottom rail.
Wide sightline storefront and doors
FS300 Maximum View at Orlebar Brown, Bal Harbour Shops, glazed with Starphire low iron laminated impact so the glass reads clear instead of green. Paired with the Aldora Summit inswing door.
Architectural glass and framing
Sourced for commercial packages where the specification calls for their assemblies.
Heavier commercial framing
8000 and 9000 Series on the office elevation at E Hallandale Beach Blvd, in an AAMA 2605 gray finish, which is the durable end of architectural coatings.
Aluminum systems
Another route for storefront and window framing when the schedule or the specification points there.
Storefront and entrance systems
A long standing commercial line we buy for framing and entrances.
Glass hardware, rails and fittings
Bottom rail in brushed stainless on the interior storefront at the Britto store in Boca Raton, and the Matte Black Series sliding door at Provident Jewelry in Jupiter. Also the ladder pulls and patch fittings that hang an all glass entrance.
Frameless shower and slider hardware
Hinges, clamps and channel for frameless enclosures, plus the Classic 141S sliding kit, which carries a 3/8 or 1/2 inch tempered leaf up to 310 pounds in satin anodized or matte black.
Beyond the frame
Glass and hardware we specify
A storefront is a frame, a glass makeup and a set of hardware. These are the ones named on our finished jobs.
01
Laminated impact glass
Usually 9/16 inch, clear or Low-E. Every assembly carries a Florida Product Approval or a Miami-Dade NOA.
02
Solar control coatings
SolarBan 70XL at Plum Market and at the Hallandale office, Solarban 60 at both Mint Eco locations.
03
Low iron glass
Starphire where the architect wants the glass to read clear rather than green, as at Orlebar Brown.
04
Entrances and hardware
Stanley Dura-Storm 3000 automatic sliders, CRL rails, ladder pulls and patch fittings, concealed overhead closers.
Specify with confidence
Send the spec, we will price it as written
If the specification names a system we have not listed, we will still price it and tell you what it does to the lead time. Substitutions only ever come to you as a proposal, never as a surprise on the truck.
