For the Mint Eco Car Wash location on Northlake, we delivered a complete exterior storefront system engineered for performance, durability, and code compliance in a high-traffic environment.
The system was fabricated using 9/16” laminated Solarban 60 impact glass to meet Florida requirements while improving energy efficiency. The structure features a Trulite 3100 storefront system with a Bone White aluminum frame, providing a consistent and clean exterior appearance across the property.
Medium stile doors with a 10” bottom rail were installed along with standard push/pull hardware and ADA bumper thresholds to ensure accessibility and daily functionality. The scope also included perimeter caulking prior to stucco to support proper sealing and long-term performance.
The project was executed based on construction documents, ensuring alignment with design intent and smooth coordination during installation.
