Cassia 3

Cassia 3 is a new construction townhome community in Delray Beach, and the glass package had to stay consistent from the primary suites down to the guest baths.

We fabricated and installed frameless shower enclosures throughout the property. The primary baths received full height fixed panels and swing doors that keep the marble walls and the window views completely open, while the secondary baths use compact panel and door combinations sized to each layout.

Every unit was measured on site after tile so the glass sits tight to the finished surfaces. Polished chrome hardware was used across the whole project to keep a single hardware language from one bathroom to the next.
