For Duplex 810 in Delray Beach, we partnered with Tester Construction to deliver a full glass and mirror installation package across multiple areas of the residence, including stair railings, balcony guardrails, custom shower enclosures, and decorative mirrors.

The stair and balcony railings were fabricated using 1/2” clear tempered glass panels installed with a standoff mounting system and finished with a white oak top cap handrail. This combination provides structural safety while preserving an open architectural feel throughout the stair and balcony areas.

The bathrooms were completed with multiple frameless shower enclosures fabricated from 3/8” clear monolithic tempered glass and matte black hardware. Each enclosure was measured and installed to exact field dimensions to ensure precise alignment and seamless integration with the surrounding finishes.

The project also included custom frameless mirrors and backlit mirrors throughout the bathrooms and powder room, enhancing both functionality and interior lighting design while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
