This project in Bal Harbour, FL, featured the custom fabrication and installation of a high-end exterior and interior storefront system designed for maximum clarity, strength, and architectural impact. Built with Clear Starphire Low Iron Laminated Impact Glass, the system delivers exceptional transparency and a clean, modern aesthetic while meeting stringent coastal safety requirements.
The storefront was constructed using the Aldora FS300 Maximum View Storefront System along with an Aldora Summit Series inswing door, all finished in an elegant Spanish White (RAL 210-2) custom color. The installation included premium hardware such as 60” offset custom push/pull handles, an overhead concealed door closer, and a fixed side lite configuration for a refined and functional entrance.
Comprehensive shop drawings, waterproofing, break metal, and perimeter preparation were completed to ensure a seamless, long-lasting installation that aligns with high-performance architectural standards.
