For Orlebar Brown at Bal Harbour Shops, we partnered with Tester Construction to deliver a complete exterior and interior storefront system engineered for both visual impact and hurricane-rated performance.

This installation features Clear Starphire low iron laminated impact glass, providing ultra-clear transparency while meeting Florida’s impact requirements. The system incorporates the Aldora FS300 Maximum View storefront along with the Aldora Summit Series inswing storefront door, creating a clean, uninterrupted façade with structural reliability.

The finish was custom specified in Spanish White (RAL 210-2), aligning with the architectural aesthetic of Bal Harbour Shops. Offset custom 60” push/pull handles and an overhead concealed door closer were integrated to maintain a refined retail appearance while ensuring smooth daily operation.

From shop drawings and fabrication to waterproofing and final perimeter sealing, our team managed installation with precision, coordination, and strict attention to detail.
