This project in West Palm Beach, FL, involved the fabrication and installation of a sophisticated interior glass partition. Crafted from ½” low-iron monolithic tempered glass and complemented by a matte black hardware finish, the design incorporates aluminum grids applied with silicone for a refined architectural detail. The partition was installed with commercial-grade hydraulic self-soft closure hinges with 90° hold-open functionality, along with architectural top and bottom U-channels to ensure durability and seamless integration. To support the client’s vision, 3D renders were offered as a standalone service for a $500 non-refundable deposit, later credited toward the project balance upon proceeding with fabrication and installation.
