0.1 Project Scope
We collaborated with Proctor Construction on the Polo Club Phase 3 project in Boca Raton, delivering an exterior glass railing system that balances safety, durability, and a clean architectural finish expected in a high-end residential environment.
The scope included the supply and installation of 88 linear feet of segmented spigot glass railing, built with clear laminated impact glass to meet Florida code requirements while maintaining open views and a modern look. The segmented spigot system was chosen for its structural reliability and flexibility, allowing precise installation across the site without sacrificing design consistency.
Our work covered shop drawings, fabrication coordination, and full installation, ensuring accurate placement, solid anchoring, and a smooth execution on site. A glass gate with standard self-locking hardware was also installed to meet safety requirements while blending seamlessly with the railing system.
The final result is a strong, code-compliant glass railing that complements the Polo Club’s architecture and performs reliably in Florida’s outdoor conditions. Built with precision, installed with intent, and designed to last.
