I had an appointment scheduled today between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM for an on-site measurement. I stayed home all morning and rearranged my work schedule to be available during the agreed time window. At around 10:30 AM, while still within the scheduled appointment window, I was notified that the appointment was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. The company mentions cancellation policies for customers with less than 48 hours’ notice, yet canceling an appointment the same day and during the scheduled window shows a lack of respect for the customer’s time and raises concerns about reliability. Based on this experience, I decided not to move forward.
